The School Board is delighted to share with the Dara community that we gave the green light for the first stage of a new building project.
Situated on the north side of our property, this initial stage will be installed over the upcoming summer school holidays providing facilities to accommodate our continued growth.
From the start of the 2025 school year, our class groups will have access to these new spaces, bringing immediate benefits to all students. Notably, the addition of a science lab will offer enhanced experiences, especially for students in the upper levels. Furthermore, freeing up of meeting spaces currently utilised for teaching will allow the resumption of on-site tutoring.
This first stage will also include additional car parking for our growing staff.
Looking forward, future stages of this building project will further boost our capacity to accommodate a higher total enrolment.
